Become a Leader in TESOL International Association

Serving as a leader on a Professional Council offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth and is one of the many benefits of membership in TESOL International Association. TESOL leaders are imperative to the work of the association, which could not be accomplished without their time and expertise. Review the opportunities below to find one that matches your interests and expertise. 

The list of available leadership opportunities includes:

Serve on the 2018–2019 Affiliate Network Professional Council

Serve on the 2018–2019 Professional Development Professional Council

Serve on the 2018–2019 Standards Professional Council

These appointments are from 1 November 2018 to 31 October 2019, with the option to renew at the end of the appointment. The maximum continuous service period on a Professional Council is three years. To be eligible, you must be a member of TESOL International Association in good standing.
