TESOL's "Principles and Practices of Online Teaching" certificate program is designed for the experienced and the inexperienced online English language teacher and course designer. The program consists of certificate foundation and completion courses, and ten courses in general and content-specific topics.

The TESOL Leadership Mentoring Program
This program helps underrepresented groups within TESOL become more involved in the work of the association. At the TESOL convention, the Leadership Mentoring Program (LMP) pairs selected individuals with mentors who guide recipients throughout the year as they contribute their time and expertise to TESOL and its varied activities and projects.
