The following charts set out the structural entities through which TESOL does its work. Each TESOL Standing Committee has its own standing rule. (See SR X.2)

Leadership Councils 

Function:
To represent and oversee the work of each of the TESOL entities

Composition:
Members of TESOL in good standing; elected leaders of each of the two entities
