The TEIS Newsletter is soliciting articles and book reviews on topics of significance to teacher educators. The editors also encourage TEIS members to submit material for TEIS Voices.
Articles should be between 800 and 1,500 words on any topic of interest to ESOL teacher educators, especially sociopolitical topics or other issues not commonly addressed in the literature, including
- program descriptions
- course descriptions
- best practices
- teaching techniques
Please submit your articles with a 50-word abstract.
Article should conform to the style guidelines in the Publications Manual of the American Psychological Association, Fifth Edition.
Book reviews should be between 300 and 500 words and should evaluate books relevant to teacher education practice and theory.
TEIS Voices are 100 word paragraphs that introduce a teacher educator’s work. TEIS Voices serve as a networking tool as well as an opportunity to highlight a teacher, program, or country we might not otherwise read about.
