Dear Affiliate Leaders,
On behalf of our Affiliate Leadership Council, we are pleased to present the second issue of The Affiliate Newsletter for this year. Misty Adoniou has been working very hard with this issue to make sure it provides all of us with something interesting to read while letting us know what other affiliates are doing around the globe. We are counting on all TESOL affiliate leaders to continuously keep our newsletter current and relevant. I would like to thank those of you who enthusiastically sent something to be included in this issue. Your contributions are highly appreciated.
We hope we will be able to greet you personally in Denver at one of the numerous sessions we have been preparing for you. Please join us to celebrate TESOL’s 43rd convention.
Finally, I would like to show my appreciation to Elke Savoy, for her hard work during these four years as our past chair, and to Don Weasenforth, our incoming chair, for his dedication to our Affiliate Council. We are also grateful to Misty Adoniou for her dedication this first year as Member A. She has contributed so much through her responsibilities in putting together The Affiliate Newsletter .
