Invitation Letter
The deadline for requesting an invitation letter to attend TESOL 2009 is February 1, 2009. Send the following information to conventions@tesol.org: your name; title; institution; address; city, country and postal code; passport number; date passport issued; and date passport expires. You also can request an invitation using the ONLINE REQUEST FORM.
Obtaining a Visa
The time it takes to process a visa can vary significantly depending on the type of visa and circumstances in the country or region. If you require a visa to attend TESOL 2009, we suggest you obtain your visa before registering for convention.
