Abstract: Part of the brief of TESOL’s Research Standing Committee was to examine the views about research held by TESOL members. To this end, in 2007 all members were invited to complete a survey. This was the first survey of its kind since 1991 and was the first which solicted contributions from all TESOL members (over 1900 members responded). Key results from this survey were presented at the 2008 TESOL Convention in New York. This resource includes the the PowerPoint slides from this presentation.
