A variety of programs and workshops are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday, 24 and 25 March, prior to the official start of the convention as well as on Saturday afternoon 28 March, the last day of the convention. 

Choose from Educational Site Visits, K-12 Dream Day, and the new Adult Ed Day.  Students may participate in the Master's Student Forum or the Doctoral Research Forum at no charge.

The Pre- and Postconvention Institutes take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

The ELT Leadership Management Certificate Program begins on Wednesday and continues throughout the convention.

Preparing Your TESOL P-12 Teacher Education Program for NCATE/CAEP National Recognition

Most programs charge an additional fee. They tend to fill up quickly, so register early.

Research Mentoring Workshop

25 March 1 pm – 5 pm

This event is designed to support emergent and early-career researchers in various stages of their research design and development, e.g., framing, methodological considerations, implementation and data analysis.
