This lesson is part of an ESP course designed for chauffeurs of a multinational organization with international footprints. The course is designed after conducting the needs analysis. The purpose of the course is to enable them to converse and communicate in English. So the employees can interact with their peers, foreigners and local officials, greet and guide somebody, give details about themselves, their locations and nationalities, demonstrate politeness in their speech, and comprehend the target language proficiently.
