Resource Description: This lesson will help students identify unity in a paragraph and write paragraphs in unity.

Objective(s): Development of writing skill by creating unity in a paragraph
Outcome(s):

Students will be able to;

- identify unity in a paragraph

- identify irrelevant ideas in a paragraph

- write supporting sentences in unity

- identify parts of a paragraph (topic/supporting/concluding sentence)
Procedure: The procedure of the lesson is provided step by step in the lesson plan below. 
Assessment: The teacher encourages students to reflect on their understanding of the lesson and share their ideas on how good their performance was during the class.
Differentiation: Both individual and collaborative work is carried out during the class. Also, feedback both from the teacher and pairs is provided.
