TESOL International Association Releases 2023-2027 Research Directions

With the leadership of the TESOL Research Professional Council (RPC), TESOL International Association has released its 2023-2027 Research Directions. After gathering input from a diverse pool of English language teaching professionals across the globe through surveys and focus groups, the RPC working group found these top four directions for research: research education and literacy; emerging educational technologies; teaching methods; and professional learning. The research directions are interrelated and designed to be used by professionals globally in a variety of educational settings.
