- The drawing will close on 28 April 2013, at 11:59 pm, ET. The winner will be announced no later than 7 May 2013, on this web page. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
- One entry per day. Members who submit more than once per day will be disqualified.
- Once the winner has been contacted via e-mail, he or she will have one week to respond and accept the prize before a new winner is chosen.
- The prize is for a print and electronic subscription to TESOL Quarterly journal for one (1) year, and is valued up to US$85.
- The prize may be used for the winner, or it may be given as a gift to another TESOL member.
