Accessibility Info & Accommodation Requests

TESOL is committed to providing an enjoyable, engaging, and accessible experience for all virtual convention attendees.

If you will be attending the virtual convention and would like to request accommodations or receive personalized assistance with registration, please fill out the Accommodations Request Form on our Accessibility & Accommodations page, email access@tesol.org, or call +1.703.518.2506.

You can also learn about the platforms and technology we use to facilitate the virtual convention on the Accessibility & Accommodations page. On that page, we've also shared some useful resources for presenters looking to make their sessions, presentations, and handouts accessible for attendees using assistive technology.

Please note that TESOL does not require proof of disability or a doctor's note for accommodations and will not ask about personal medical information.
