Reserving a room in the TESOL room block is an important way to support the association and ultimately keep overall meeting costs as low as possible.

Hotel

The TESOL 2026 International Convention & Expo will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.

Showcare Event Solutions is the only approved official Housing Partner for the 2026 TESOL International Convention & Expo. Unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or imply that they are affiliated with TESOL. If any company contacts you that is not Showcare Event Solutions, we encourage you to not provide any information to them. 

Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your registration. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing partner. It is recommended that you book your hotel room early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability.

Cancellations to room reservations after 1 February 2026 will incur a one-time housing cancellation processing fee of $75 per room. You must contact tesol@showcare.com to request cancellation. All cancellations or changes must be made online by re-accessing your housing account on or before 5 PM US ET on Friday, 27 February 2026.
