Convention Activities for the Affiliate Network

The Affiliate Network Professional Council annually organizes activities at the TESOL Annual Convention for members of the Affiliate Network to share expertise, learn, and network with each other. When possible, materials shared at the convention will be made available after the event via the Affiliate Leaders' Online Community. Information specific to the next annual convention will become available after registration opens.

  • Best of Affiliates: Eight sessions are reserved in the convention program for affiliates to showcase the ‘Best of’ professional learning and research presented at past affiliate conferences.
  • Affiliate Assembly: The official business meeting of the TESOL Affiliate Network. The assembly focuses on the relationship between TESOL and the affiliates.

Booth

Affiliates have the opportunity to raise the visibility of their association by hosting an hour-long time slot at the affiliate booth located in the Expo Hall. Thousands of TESOL professionals attend the convention every year providing affiliates with the opportunity to share information about your association and its activities, conferences, and publications with a wider audience. Bring your brochures, banners, and samples of your periodicals to show off your accomplishments to your colleagues.
