TESOL and Affiliates Call for Reinstatement of US ED and DOJ Guidance for English Learners
TESOL International Association and TESOL affiliates joined with over 100 other associations in calling for the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor (ED and DOJ) to reinstate the recently rescinded federal guidance on the civil rights and education requirements of public schools in serving multilingual learners of English (MLEs) and their families.
